My Fiancee who has been in prison 18 years has 3 questions
pertaining to the Cunningham case.
1. Does the ruling strike down the entire DSL or what part
of it?
2. Does it aply to lifers?
3. What sentance do I have now with this ruling? I have 26-
life. Is sentance Illegal or my comitment now? and does
this aply to some people or other people?

We are also looking for a criminal Law student to take this
on if it aplys to my Fiancee. Would appreciate any
information we could get. Thank you :)
