Eventually he will be caught, arrested and jailed. He will
then have to figure it out from inside. There may be other
charges. If his home state decides not to extradite he will
be released when the receiving state gets around to it. He
will then go along for a while and it will happen all over
again. You didn't say why he fled besides getting violated.
What did he do that got him violated?
