After a statue of limitations is up in ga on felonies such
as possesion of a fire arm, aggravated assault,
discharging a fire arm within so many feet of an
interstate, what can I do to clear this off my background?
Also, how to I go about applying for expungment to a
mistaken identity case that is on my background?
