Post: Sueing a the owner of a LLC

    Posted by RG on 11/27/05

I am bieng sued by an employee that left an outstanding
invoice with out paying and now he is trying to sue me in
small claims for his pay which I held back to pay for the
meat he got. Can you sue the manager of an LLC for
anything? If so how am I protected because it is an LLC
from bieng sued for anything? But also, am I liable as the
manager of an LLC for payroll. I was told I couldnt be sued
because as a manager of an LLC You are not liable like if
    it was a corporation?
Please help me with some advice.
