I got caught shoplifting at wal-mart and I was given a
citation by Brazoria County in Houston, Tx, well I got a
lawyer and paid her to get it off my record. She had me
do community cover so that the DA will dismiss the case.
Will it still be on my record, if I never went to court
and the the DA dismissed the case.
