I was charged with minor in possession of alchol twice and
both times I was not drinking. Cops refused to give me a
breathilizer test. Now I am trying to get car insurance and
for some reason they are saying that I have a DUI on my
record. How did I get a DUI if I wasn't drinking nor driving?
