My son has been in and out of jail on drug charges. He has
completed house arrest and still has a year on probation.
Unfortunately he didnt learn and has been picked up again
for vop he did not pass his urine test.
What is he up against? Jail time? house arrest? Should he
bother getting an attorney?
He lives in Florida,volusia county but is being
transported to brevard county where the original charge
took place. He has a 5 year old little girl and needs to
support her. What can be done. Please ASAP respond to
this .
