Seems I'm a dummy like everyone else.

Ran around looking for how to spell "stat........ory"
Surf searches led me here due to my incorrect spelling.
Thought I's respond since the 'correction' is 'incorrect"
    - probably a finger problem

Unless your dictionary is different than mine turns out the word
is "Statutory" meaning " "constitutional, legal, legislative"

Couldn't tell you about statutory rape but now I can spell
    statutory!!

    Good luck with your problem
