Yep. $2100 is a felony in any state I know of. The sol on felonies is a lot longer than misdemeanors, usally at least 5-6 years. contact a criminal defense attorney NOW. they can advise you on the best course of action to stay out of jail. DO NOT TALK TO ANYONE ELSE ABOUT THIS UNTIL YOU TALK TO A DEFENSE ATTORNEY.
