My friend is being prosecuted for Retail theft of $360
dollars - she was a cashier in bookstore and used up some
old gift cards. She is a full time student and has gotten
another job since she was fired. Her parents got her a
lawyer instead of using a public defender. Any idea what
punishment she can expect (jail time, restitution, etc.)
