I was charged by the drug task division in Alabama with
unlawful receipt of controlled substance but I did nothing
illegal to receive the controlled substance I had it called
in by my Dentist I have 3 warrants out on me and 1 has two
counts one for unlawful receipt and one for illegal
possession.I was never found with anything illegal in my
possession I called a bail bondsman knowing I had a 80
dollar bond on a couple of bad checks and he tells me I
have 3 warrants on me for possession.How can warrants be
issued without any evidence?And how can I be charged with
possession don't the police have to actually catch you with
an illegal drug in your possession to charge you with
posession?
