Ok my prob is im in idaho and i got a cititation for
telephone harassment ..... i wasnt arrested just asked a few
q and let go .... i went to pretrial yesterday i pled non
guilty they wanted to make a guilty plea for me which was
take 2 years probation and a anger managment class i
guess..... i said no cuz im clean my record is and i didnt
feel it was correct for the 1st time offence i only
hasseled this person the 1 night only .... hasent been a
ongoing thing.... wut do u recommend i do i go to trial on
march 4th 2009 thanx alot ur help is very much apprieated
