    Post: ABUSE OF THE SYSTEM

Posted by LINDA RITLINGER, R.N./PRELAW STUDENT on 4/19/03

See above website but more importantly this is
the "abusive of the system," most recently. My ex
continues to file multiple false allegations and motions
against me in this Wake County Courthouse in Raleigh, NC.
After I have spent many precious hours preparing for my
defense, he simply then does not show up to court. He
recently somehow, I don't know how I just know that he
did, filed a complaint with the clerk of court and got me
arrested at my place of employment, much to my intense
humiliation, of which I now have a letter admitting to
their wrongful arrest of me. Of course, I can't get an
attorney to sue without a massive retainer of which I
don't have due to the fact that I am a full time student.
I have tried to get any one of the local attorneys to
draft me up a model to copy from pertaining to the Rule 11
Sanction here that would allow me to claim attorney's fees
from him for abuse of the system, as I am not proficient
yet to draft my own motion and there is no form for this
motion, and, again, even with a fee I can't get anyone to
help me do that. Is there anyone out there who could
offer any kind of a resolution to the incredible deviance
and corruption my son and I have had to be victims of, is
there any immediate resolutions to this situation at all
without a massive retainer consisting of thousands upon
thousands of dollars, is their any one out there who would
care to even attempt to offer some assistance in this
    situation?
    Linda.
