While on an unpaid leave of abscence and without any prior
warning etc., I received a notice of an "intent to separate"
less than 36 hrs. prior to my separation .
I did not recieve a Skelly hearing. From what I understand
, the employer screwed up but my bargaining unit muffed the
greivance. What recourse do I have
