I found my 18month old daughter alone no adult supervision
in the backyard of my x-girlfriends i took her photographed
the terrible shape she was in cleaned her up went back to
discuss amd was met with violencei fled with my daughter .
next day my x goes to court and files domestic while i went
to hospital for dog bite injuries from her command dog to
attack me.she recieved a tro without any notice or chance
to be herd and though i had my daughter with me at the time
and infact she has lived with me more the last few months
than her mom she added her on the proteced family members
and ploice came made me surrender her and i can not get
courts to listen to my side without going to mediation but
she keeps missing. she is on felony probation for false
impersonation of another and the police didnt believe her
story how can the court? and why with not an injury or
proof can they ad my daughter to that TRO its insane she in
court ordered drug class every day of the week and i have a
mountian of evidence but no budy has the time and i dont
know how to present it to the court?>
