My ex and her lawyer lied in court, stating that I had been
served papers to appear. Despite the fact I had not been
served and the papers they admitted were not signed by me
but were signed by her lawyer, the judge issued an arrest
warrant. I posted bond and want to sue the crap out of them.
All this occured the summer of '02. Do I have a case and am
I still within the time limits?
