My little sister was w/ my aunt the whole year of 2003. My
sister went back home w/ my mom but both my aunt, who had
my sister for the whole year and my mom who did not have my
sister the entire year claimed her on both of their tax
returns. What is the penalities for claiming one child on
two different tax returns?
