I recently received a document from my local Indiana court
with a date and time in nov to appear, fact is that is my
ex-evil wife’s address that all correspondence was sent and
she never let me know about it. There is also on the naf
form no file number or ref just 20 pages of card holder
stuff and no signature on the card back or agreement. I
plan to go to court with proof she is no representative of
mine and she just keep excepting the mail and ignoring it
until the registered mal from court came then she told the
post office my address and they delivered it, I never
agreed or knew of any of this im going to court with all
the docs showing ive been gone from there for 3 years guess
that’s why the NAF never heard from me and they awarded the
case to mfnb. Seems kind of one sided but they never
communicated with me at all what do you think the judge may
do and what should I do...
