I was placed on 3 year probation in the state of Florida.
The first two times I met with my probation officer I
informed her that I had no where to go and I requested a
transfer to another county where my mother lived. I
explained that I could obtain a home and a job , but she
wouldn't transfer my case. My "public defender" told me
to go ahead to where my mother was and contact the
probation office in the county where I moved to, well, in
the meantime my p.o. violated me. What do I do now? I've
recently gotten my children back, do random UA's and
attend CA. I am 7 months pregnant and I am afraid of them
knocking at my mother's door to take me to jail. I am
more then willing to start seeing the probation people
where I am currently living but how do I go about that
without be taken to jail? I was violated in July '07
