i was sentenced to 3 years for threatning the life of a
public official and 1 year concurrent for resisting arrest
the hearing was held in seclusion in a detention center in
violation of the sc constitution there was not a plea
colloquy given by the judge nor my defense attourney i
filed for post conviction relief and was granted reief in
the form of a new trial for ineffective assistance of
counsel and involuntary decision to plead guilty prosecutor
withheld exculpatory evidence commited perjury to a circuit
court judge and allowed his witness to make false
statements in order to infuriate the sentecing judge i want
to file a 1983 for the civil rights violation and a tort
for damages sustained cant find an attorney that has the
courage to litigate my suit can any one help me find justice
