I am fresh out of prison and trying to get my DL back. I
was incarcerated 5 years so unable to pay any of the
3140.00 surcharges. I am still indigent due to the fact
that I cannot get a job because I would have to DRIVE to
work, and I am also caring for an invalid Mother here at
home 24 hours a day. Is there something an attorney can do
to get these surcharges waived or reduced because I was in
prison and am indigent? HELP! This is insane!
