Post: Required to do personal items for owner

I have a friend who works for in a small office of a
construction company. No job description or title was
given to her when she began employment. Recently, she has
been requested to do babysitting for the owner's wife who
does work at the company. Also, she has been requested to
put together Party Invitations for their children. This
has interferred with her current duties and taken time away
for her own tasks needing completion. Is there any type of
law surrounding this or you can pull knowledge from?
