I have written about harassment on the job before to Danny
and Curmudgeon. I say to Curmudgeon that he can come to
Texas and give backbone to the Yes Man shop steward we have
in our company. The shop steward is part of the problem.
He giggles and sucks up to management. Within two years the
maintenance shop will be run by non-union contract
workers. I am company hired and tried to be in the
Teamsters, however, I am given the run-around and am
harassed on the job. The Steward is a politician and most
of the workers have many years with the company and do not
care about new employees that much to see in the union. I
am tired of the harassment! I need a good attorney!!
