The company I currently work for, hired me because I had
connections and a current relationship with a big state
contract, they represented to me in my offer letter that I
would get bid support to win these contracts after several
multi million $$$ opportunities this support never
responded to my requests and I have lost the opportunities
because of non-response now they are asking me why I don't
have the business and if this continues I will be
terminated. My other issue is in this same offer letter
they have not honored the income arrangement. And also
they have not honored my insurance benefits as stated in
the offer letter. Do I have recourse? They also want me to
rewrite and offer letter that has been in place for over
60 days and retract income and bonuses.
