I was a salary employee for many years, yesterday I was
put on hourly with a pay cut. I was told that only
supervisors and management were salary. I am not a
supervisor. I am just a regular employee. I was told it
was not a demotion, that I was just being moved to hourly.
Can this be done? Please advise.
