I put in 2 week notice with my office. Previously I had
discussed with boss to make sure I was paid out for my
vacation she said no problem, after my last day I received
2 weeks less than what i had accrued in vacation and given
her in writing and a letter from her attorney reminding me
of confidentiality and that i was wrong that i only earned
1 week per year and that they docked my pay accordingly.
He also stated : It is our understanding you have received
over 10,000 in procedures for which you have not been
charged.

Can she disclose my personal surgical history to her
attorney? Isn't that a hipaa violation?
