Post: Forced to share hotel room with employees

Posted by Dan Stivler on 6/28/07
I work for a huge international company. They force us to attend out of town meetings. At these meetings, they force us to share a hotel room with another employee of the same gender. Even the local employees are forced to stay at the hotel and share a one room hotel room. We are all appalled by this and want it to be stopped. Is this an invasion of privacy, a hostile work environment , and any other legal violation? How do you recommend that I get them to cease and desist without putting a target on my forehead? Thanks.
