I'm a punch press operator in Buffalo NY. Last year, the
company I work for had the hearing test van come to the
workplace at their cost. This year, they want us to use
our medical insurance and we are expected to pay the
deductible! Also, we are expected to make an appointment
and go on our own personal time!!! I don't even have their
insurance, but in any case isn't this supposed to be on
their time and entirely at their cost?
