Post: wrongful termination

Posted by glen on 8/07/08

I was fired for not being able to continue doing an additional job in which I was being paid separetly for. First my back and shoulder was in pain and second they reduced my pay for this work. I wanted to continue the easier work but they fired me because I wouldn't do the manual labor for less pay. Do I have a lawsuit worth fighting? Additionally, they had falsified my timecard to reduce my pay rather than edit my wage. I was not informed of this untill I received my paycheck
