In 2003 I filed a lawsuit against a former employer for
wrongful termination. My employer had an agreement with
American Arbitration. My attorney at the time filed my
lawsuit through Los Angeles Superior Court and the court
referred my case to American Arbitration for handling. My
question is can I request that the Los Angeles Superior
Court remove any information regarding my case against my
former employer because it was handled by American
Arbitration and not by the courts
