I am currently a salaried employee with the title
supervisor. My boss wanted me to do the duties of my
subordinates on a regular basis, which these duties are
not in my job description. In addition to changing my
duties my boss wants me to work in the weekend and holiday
rotation schedule, which I never did that before. Can my
boss change my job description while I am currently in
that position? Should I be made an hourly employee since I
will be working overtime and holidays?
