I work in a machine shop in Buffalo, NY. The owner is near
80 years old and recently caught a cold. She blamed it on
"sick" workers and stated that anyone who appears to have a
cold or be sick MUST wear a mask at work - so she doesn't
get sick again. She's not wearing one BTW. Is such a
requirement LEGAL?
