i was hurt at work on 2/24. fractured my ankle and hurt
knee. i did physical therapy for a while then dr decided
its not working and i needed surgery. work comp approved
it. i went for pre op labwork, found out i was pregnant,
surgery was cancelled. i miscarried a few weeks later,
surgeon tried to reschedule and work comp said no. they
sent me to another dr, he also agreed i need surgery ...i
am still waiting to hear back. i am to the point where i
want to resign bc i have another job offer that would not
require me to be on my feet for 10 plus hours a day....will
work comp still pay for my surgery if i resign?
