a friend and neighbor who is a nurse and works with an
office who consults in test results/medical results has
violated my privacy. she looked up my husbands and my
medical history and then disclosed this info to another
person outside of her workplace. that person in turn came
to me and told me of what she had said. she released some
seriously private and embarrasing facts about mine and my
husbands medical history. what can i do? do i have the
right to sue?
