I recently had a performance evaluation or review and based
upon this was due a 3% raise. I signed the paperwork for
about .43 raise. Later, I was told that it was all a
mistake and that I got a 2% raise which turned out to be
about 31 cents. Actually, the head boss undermined my
supervisor and although she has no knowledge of how I work
she decided to undercut the whole process. This is the
second time I have signed legal documents only to be told
that it was all a mistake. Is this legal? by Karen
