I am in the same exact situation in the same State, i could sure use some help. The only diff. in our situations is that i am going through a divorce and the ex is the one making allegations. She got into a fight with her new boyfriend and her oldest daughter was involved, so the state took all 3 kids away from her and gave me my 2 kids and sent her oldest back to Florida with her father. Shortly after this happens i am being accused of beating my children beating the ex and sexually assaulting her oldest daughter. Just the sound of these things make me sick, my whole life is my kids, they are by far my best friends. I am totally lost without them. Please if anyone knows of a good strategy to get my kids back Please, Please let me know. I am keeping records of everything DIVISION OF FAMILY'S is doing, they have violated 8 constitutional rights and thats just to start. However i am hesitant to start fighting back until i get my kids back. I trully believed this was a free country but i am sadly mistaken. I would personally rather see the sign saying you are now entering a communist country, instead of the lies they are trying to convince us of. Thank you to anyone with some good advice. K.D. P.S. sorry about the name but i am very leary about putting my name on here just yet, i want my kids!!!!!
