Post: Dillards and employee harrassment

I have been employed with Dillards since Aug. of last
year. In that time I have been harrassed and made to feel
insignificant in the position I am in. The cosmetics
manager is down right mean, rude and otherwise unpleasant.
my counter manager is franlky, bi polar, and snaps and
degrades us and accuses her employees of being theives and
stealing her clients. What can I do bring this to the
attention of persons other than my upper store managment.
They have really been of no help at all.
