Post: Discrimination

Posted by can't say on 1/26/09

I need help and advise. My brother is soon going to be tried
for 6 accounts sexual misconduct with a child. The child is
lying. The child that is making these accusations also
included that my brother sexually abused another child. The
second child testified that these accusations are false. So
the charges against the second child have been thrown out.
The problem is that even in the preliminary investigation
his sexuality was being used as the reason to believe that
the accusations were true. His sexuality is going to be
brought into the trial. I believe that he will not be able
to get a fair trial because how prejudice people are towards
gays. Please is there anyone that can help.
