All criminal cases have a file in the clerk of the court
where he was tried and conviceted. Any attorney he had or
has if the case is an open file will be in there, as a judge
can only assign or dismiss an attorney to a case.

if you know the court and his case number (all of which
should be public record) or by calling the clerk on that
case, you can get the attorney of record's name.
