I don't know about another state allowing a new admission after one state has disbarred. But, take a look at this: http://www.metnews.com/opinion/persp-stbar-r.htm "Silverton is a former disbarred lawyer -- that is, he has his license back... he's also an ex-felon. ... tells of... convictions for conspiracy to obtain money by false pretenses and to present a fraudulent insurance claim, and for soliciting another to commit or join in the commission of grand theft ..." "... a southern California attorney who was disbarred and REINSTATED may win the dubious distinction of becoming the second lawyer in the state to be disbarred twice... [he] faces 25 counts of misappropriating funds from clients and has a second case on appeal before the State Bar Court's review department..." [reference omitted.] On 2/27/03, Joseph F.
