My daughter's case was dismissed. However, she was
reindicted on the same charges. Her attorney was court
appointed. Currently in jail, she has found out that the
attorney is discussing her case with some of his other
clients. They told her all about her pending case, stating
detailed information that only the attorney would have
known about. I feel this could jeopardize her case. Am I
correct in assuming that this is unethical conduct?
