Post: attorneys ethics

My mother inlaw signs a poa naming her son on 4-17-02 on 8- 27-02 she in the hospital son has a living will trust drawn up by attorney son tells her she has to sign and pay $4,000 she refuses on 10-04-02 she goes to bank wants to see her accounts bank says no not until she takes a test for mental capacity the bank has same attorney adviseing them at that time she present a revoke power of attorney they wont except it 10-4-02 same attorney draws up gaurdenship papers files them 10-7-02 she take test passes it gaurdenship is with drawn letter goes to bank allow her to see her accounts new power attoney other son and daughter. 10-9-02 attorney accepts check on her account from first son whos poa has been revoked he knows she pays for the whole thing. who does he represent her attorny in the trust the sons in the guardenships and the banks never any doc letter saying she needs the mental test.
