can someone tell me if a NYS attorney knows he is under
federal investigation has an obligation to tell his client.
If he does have an obligation and he does not tell the
client what can be done. this attorney was under
investigation from the retainer through the trial and was
then indicted by the federal grand jury. case is still
going on and attorney has not contacted client in almost 3
months.
