Re: discharging an attorney- hey Prairie Dawg

Thanks for the info, Prairie Dawg.
Can I still hope that most attorneys have better ethics than these
    two have?!
One last note....person #2 was busted PRIOR to the murder. When he
learned of who did it, he came forward and knew it would not affect
the outcome of his case. It was made very clear that they would
take the info, "wipe up the floor with him and throw him in the
trash". Yes, he knows what could possibly happen to him, his wife,
or especially his daughter, whose boyfriend runs in the same crowd
as the murderers. [Knowing it was an unsolved murder, how could
someone NOT come forward knowing how that guy was tortured and
killed?] #2's crime was drug related, totally different than
murder, in my eyes. What #2 hasn't done is roll on his buddies,
including his mule who was one of the snitches that ratted him out,
[and placed a surveilance camera in his house for the authorities.]
OK, I'll get off my soapbox now. Thanks again. But I still think
their lawyers are scumbags...I mean unethical.:) El
