I was referred to a divorce attorney via an attorney I have
never met. After discharging the divorce attorney, he
discussed details of my case with the referring attorney.
They do not currently work together nor did they work
together at any time the divorce attorney was engaged. Is
the divorce attorney permitted to discuss the details of my
case with referring attorney? or is this a breach of
professional ethics?
