Re: PA - Question on procedure

Hi...I live in PA also & am NOT a lawyer or anything like
that, just a plain citizen, but I would suggest that you try
to obtain the phone records from the phone company. And, if
you live in a county that has deputy sheriffs, I would see if
they could serve the subpeona, they might for a nominal fee.
Or, I would try to send the other parties their copy by
registered mail. You just might luck out & have them or
someone else at the residence sign for it, especially if they
are not expecting any registered mail...then you would have
proof that they received their copy. These are just a few
suggestions. Also, if you have paid the phone bills on line
in the past, you might be able to obtain the phone records
that way. Good luck, I'd be interested in knowing how you
made out....I do check this board every so often.
