You did not say what province you
are in. Awhile back, i looked at
the laws governing all provinces in
Canada. All provinces except for
Quebec follow common law, simaler
to our own here in the states.
Quebec follows Nepolianic law.
Since you have access to a
computer, you should look at the
difrences. I can't say you will,
but the possibilty exists you may
find refuge there in Quebec. If
that's possible. I think that's
where i'd be heading, to look for a
remidie. Depending on what laws you
broke that got you into your
current debacle.
