Post: Car dealer

I lost my car key and had it towed to the dealer using
their roadside assistance service. When I tried to pick
up my car 2 days later I was told that they had it towed
to a storage facility because of the lack of space and
that when it came back to them and they opened the doors
the shifter was broken. Neither the Tow company nor the
dealer wants to take responsiblity for this and is
charging me $40 a day for storage while pointing fingures
at each other. If I pay for the vehicle and pick it up
can I still sue for the money?
