    Is it ethical for a plantiff's attorney to accept a case for
    the defendent in same case? In mediation the attorney left
    to talk to the defendent's attorney and accepted a case for
    the defendent that is related to the oringinal case and
    after meeting with the other attorneys he was sure we should
    settle and not push for any more. IS THIS ETHICAL?
