Post: mentally disabled elderly woman/mother

Mother determined incompetant- brother awarded
guardianship. Will and trust without supervision. Attorney
who wrote will supposidly wrote revocable trust filed
neither with the court. brother has guardianship but not
conservator. Mother and her assets are completly
vulnerable. She does not want to be in the home she is in.
Her wishes are disregarded. I went to court when she tried
to change guardians. she changed her mind and the judge
would not consider her situation with having brother
unaccountable for her assets
